Tabata training burns lots of calories, during & after you work out, studies show an estimated average of 15 Calories burned per minute!! Not only that but Tabata style workouts are great for enhancing health too.

Tabata combines 20 seconds of intense bursts of exercise with 10 seconds of rest in four-minute rounds.

Try this quick Tabata workout today, it will take less than 30 mins all in.

Start with a five-minute warm-up then four rounds of Tabata (eight cycles of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest in each circuit. Repeat each set twice for total workout time of 16 mins)

Take one minute of rest between each round of 4 mins.

Finish with a 5-minute cool-down & stretch.

During the 20 seconds of intense work, perform as many repetitions as possible of each exercise.
