Quick 10 Minute Cardio Core Cruncher Workout
This speedy core and cardio workout is all you need to get your sweat on! Start with a 5 minute warm up – any cardio or dynamic movement will be good. Something like:
- light jogging (out or on spot)
- stair climbing or stepping
- marching on the spot
- arm swings, knee lifts, arm circles, butt kicks combo
Complete the ab section for 4 minutes 30, take 30 seconds rest and then do the cardio section and repeat all moves for 3 rounds.
Be sure to stretch and cool down after.
