I am amazed at how quickly my body has changed. People I haven’t seen for a few months are complimenting me in the shops, on the school run etc. But the biggest compliment I got was from my daughter today. She said “mummy, your tummy is looking …. (I was was dreading the rest of her sentence)…. Thinner”. Oh and my skin is amazing! Happy days!
Hi Melissa, I just wanted to say a big thanks for the 28 day challenge. It has been fantastic. There are so many conflicting messages out there about diet and what we should be eating, but your plan has shown that simple healthy low fat food and exercise does work. I’ve lost nearly 2.5kg and can really feel it around my muffin top and bum (says hubby too!). Thank you again.
Just had the best workout…. I am broken but loving the fact that my body is changing… I am stronger, fitter and more toned. I’ve almost finished the challenge and am fitter than I’ve ever been and eating food I never thought I would enjoy. I’ve lost 17lbs since January. Melissa comes up with amazing meal plans and great workouts which you access through videos so can do anywhere. There’s a facebook support group to keep you going. I’ve signed up to the next one
Hey Melissa, I just wanted to say how much better I am feeling about myself since starting your programme. My mood is reflective of how I feel about myself and everyone seems to have noticed a spring in my step! I really can see this being a long term thing, not just one of my many diets, so thanks! Plus I’m really enjoying how my healthy choices with regard to food are rubbing off on the kids, they have never eaten so much fruit & veg…plus I’ve lost 4 pounds, yipppee!
