Feel Great in 28 Fitness & Meal Plan Challenge

The Fit 4 Mum “Feel Great in 28” week challenge will do more than just change your body shape, it will re-train your mind and your attitude towards your own and your family’s personal fitness & nutrition. It is designed to change the way you feel about your own body, unleash positive daily actions you never knew you could achieve and help you look and feel positive every day.

The challenge starts with everyone together and finishes together, that way we are in it together throughout the programme.

The challenge includes:

  • Daily workouts for any level that you can do at home, with friends or at the gym, sent directly to your phone with email reminders of what you have to do.
  • Daily motivational messages to encourage you to be positive and active everyday.
  • Direct access to your trainer to ask questions and get feedback on your own health and fitness.
  • If you choose the Feel Feel Great in 28 Fitness Challenge & Meal Plan option you will get an easy to follow, portion controlled healthy eating meal plan with breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.
  • Team support from your fellow challengers, chat to daily for encouragement via a secret Facebook group, swap recipes and share training stories

    The healthy eating meal plans are designed for your everyday needs. They’re easy to cook, perfectly nutritious and delicious…AND you’ll receive an easy to use, categorised shopping list.

  • Varied exercise plan

    Your exercise plan will change day to day and week to week so you won’t get bored with your workouts and you’ll get videos to guide you through every session.

  • Daily motivational video

    Everyday will start with a motivational video from Melissa to get you started.

  • Exclusive access to training app

    Exclusive access to the Fit 4 Mum Personal Fitness Training App that will allow you to track your body stats, see and track your workouts and directly contact Melissa for advice. The training App provides easy to read graphs to show your progress you’ll receive personal advice on your development and daily reminders of what you need to do to get moving.
