Over the next few weeks on the blog I will be sharing some fun, creative and healthy recipes with you all as well as my daily fitness workouts. I’ll warn you though, I’m no chef or dietitian… & a lot of the credit will go to my husband who helps with the cooking too. I’ll post recipe successes and failures as well as workouts that work and those that don’t.
I have a genuine interest in food and fitness and having originally trained as a fitness trainer nearly 20 years ago, working alongside other fabulous trainers and dietitians along the way, I have enjoyed many years motivating & helping others find the same commitment to their health.
