JOIN A FUN, FIT & FRIENDLY GROUP OF GIRLS AND GET IN SHAPE, STARTING TOMORROW MONDAY 4TH NOVEMBER

FOR 7 WEEKS FROM November 4th – 22nd December 2013
Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

WHERE?

Monday 8pm – Churchfields Car Park, Weybridge
Wednesday 8pm – Holyhedge Road Car Park, Cobham
Thursday 10.15am – Brooklands Community Park, Weybridge
Babies welcome at the Thursday session

WHAT?
Classes last one hour consisting of
30 minutes of interval cardiovascular exercise with
30 minutes strength training
Beginners through to advanced exercisers welcome.
OR
Follow our progressive run programme for beginners getting you to a 5k
goal by christmas. More advanced runner?  Get a new PB with our advanced programme, guaranteed to take minutes off your time!

We recommend you combine the Circuit with the run and therefore opt for two sessions a week.  No time to commit?  Don’t worry sign up to the season and you’ll get a comprehensive training guide to accompany your guided sessions.

ADDED MOTIVATION & FUN MORNING OUT?
Because it’s so motivational to have a goal other than our body shape, as a team, we are going to enter a Christmas 5k or 10k race together at the end of the season – nervous?  don’t be it’s great fun and your teammates will help you along.  A team, celebratory breakfast after is always on the menu and little supporters are always welcome to come and cheer you on.
We’ll enter you so you don’t have to worry.  Just let us know if you can make it at your first session and add the entry fee to your season subs.
