WHAT IS RUN FIT CIRCUITS?
60 MINUTE CLASS
up to 30 minutes of interval cardiovascular exercise with
20 minutes cardio strength training
Beginners through to advanced exercisers welcome
WHAT IS RUN CLUB?
60 MINUTE GUIDED RUNNING PLAN
Progressive run programme for beginners run up to 5k by the end of the season.
More advanced runner? Get a new PB with our advanced programme, guaranteed to take minutes off your time!
We recommend you combine Run Fit with Run Club and therefore opt for 2 sessions a week. No time to commit? Don’t worry sign up to the season and you’ll receive a comprehensive training guide to accompany your guided sessions so you can still follow the plan.
