Four Crawling herds,
Three knee bends,

On the fifth day of fitness,
my true love sent to me
Five runs in rings ,
Four crawling herds,
Three knee bends,
Two reaches above,
And a standing crunch into a burpee.
On the sixth day of Fitness,
my true love sent to me
Six glute bridges laying,
Five run in rings,
Four crawling herds,
Three knee bends,
Two reaches above,

On the seventh day of fitness,

Seven squats a twisting,
