SUMMER BRAZILLIAN BUTT & ABS
Evening everyone. Wow, I can’t believe it’s been a couple of weeks since I last posted, sorry, life has been hectic.
Having said that, I’ve spent the last three days sunning myself (well if you can call it that with two toddlers in tow) in beautiful Juan les Pins in the South of France 🙂
Holidays aren’t what they used to be BC, but we have a fun time all the same, the airport was made even more exciting this year with our new Trunkis!
Mornings have so far been spent eating breakfast on the balcony
Before heading off to the beach for running races in the sand & then lunch in one of the many trendy beach bars they have here.
After breakfast yesterday, I started the day with this mini bikini workout on the balcony
I’m trying to improve my flexibility right now so have started to incorporate some Yoga into my workouts. Today I did this simple stretch sequence I pinned to pinterest a couple of months back. I think I am going to have to try and find a good class or personal yoga trainer when I get back though, I need some expert guidance!

Dinner last night was a delicious Rick Stein Recipe, Sauteed Squid with a chorizo, garlic, rocket, chickpea and tomato salad from his Mediterranean Escapes book. We had it here last year too, it’s so simple, fresh and delicious. We bought the fresh squid at the local supermarket and cooked it ourselves.
The children loved the little train ride from Juan Les Pins to Old Antibes today along with their little friend who came with us to see the “SUMMERRRRRR”
