Dinners
Homemade Fajitas
These are delicious, easy & super healthy. Stir fry the colourful veg
having already stir fried the chicken with a teaspoon of chilli powder
then add together with a tin of chopped tomatoes and fresh green beans, simmer for 20 mins!
Make your own guacamole too by simply combining an avocado, 1 garlic clove and some red onion chopped and whizzed together in a mini food processor, add coriander if you like it 🙂
serve on fajita wraps with sour cream and a little cheese…whatever you choose.
Haddock & Prawn Risotto with Spinach
Homemade Shepherds Pie with Cabbage, Brocolli & Carrots
no photo for this one, my mum made it and I didn’t ask….sorry, it was super tasty though 🙂
