The schedule of dates for the season is listed below – it’s only 5 weeks so commit to get fit and join us for the whole season!
Our season will be 5 weeks in duration (10 sessions total).
Dates are as follows:

Wednesday 16th March 8pm
Monday 21st March 8pm
Wednesday 23rd March 8pm
Monday 28th March 8pm
Wednesday 30th March 8pm
Monday 4th April 8pm
Wednesday 6th April 8pm

Wednesday 13th April 8pm
To sign up for the 5 week course complete the RSVP form below. You will be sent a health screening form, which must be completed before you join us.
You can sign up for 5 or 10 sessions (once or twice a week). It is preferable to commit to 2 sessions a week in order to keep up with the training plan, your teammates and to attain a greater continuity of fitness. If you are not sure or cannot get childcare twice a week, sign up for once and if you get the buzz you can sign up twice next time!
