Fabulous snack or just sweet enough to curb the craving after dinner.
makes 12-14 balls
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tbsp honey
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir until combined.
Roll dough into balls and refrigerate for an hour
(or eat immediately!!)
You could add a bit of fruit too if you fancy…
