Simply cook 4 Tbsp porridge oats in 275ml semi skimmed milk until thick and creamy and top with fresh or frozen berries, chopped nuts and 1 tsp maple syrup.  It’s delicious and filling  & only 300 kcals 🙂

Ingredients

4 tbsp oats
275ml skim milk
1 handful raspberries
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp chopped nuts

Make It….

Place Oats in a bowl
 and cook with the milk until thick and creamy
Top with raspberries,
Top with nuts
Drizzle the maple syrup
