Simply cook 40g porridge oats in 200ml semi skimmed milk until thick and creamy and top with fresh or frozen berries, flaked almonds & raisins….enjoy


2 Slices of Burgen Soya & Linseed Bread, Toasted
1/2 an Avocado, smashed
1 Tbsp Houmous
1 tsp chilli flakes
drizzle lemon juice
Ground Pepper to taste

Make It….

Toast the Burgen Soya & Linseed Bread, spread with houmous, cut open the Avocado & mash into the bread, sprinkle chilli flakes, drizzle lemon juice and add pepper to taste
