3/4 cup oats
5 tbsp flaxsmeal
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp unsweetened raw cacao or cocoa powder
1 tbsp black or white chia seeds
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp honey
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond or cashew or sunflower seed butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
(you could add in raisins or other dried fruit, nuts seeds etc if you like)

Make it…

Mix all dry ingredients together
Combine all wet ingredients together
Mix the wet and dry together
Chill for 20 mins
Makes 14-16 energy balls
