* These will be our ‘Christmas’ classes – join in the spirit of Christmas with us by dressing up your buggies in tinsel, donning a santa hat or reindeer ears and expect lots of fun exercise based Christmas games in class! Previous years have seen a great turn out – we hope you can join us!
