At Home Body Weight Workout

Hows this for a quick 20 minutes workout…well just over but only by a couple of minutes.

Start with a quick cardio limber up, marching on the spot will do with big arm swings.  Then time yourself on your phone for 60 seconds and repeat each exercise in turn.  Give yourself 30 secs rest in between exercises and work through the whole thing twice.

Stretch to finish.
