Super quick, easy lunchtime treat. You could make this ahead of time and layer it as a jar salad too.
3 Handfuls of Fresh Spinach
1/4 pack Merchant Gourmet cooked Puy Lentils
Crumbled Roquefort (about the size of two fingers)
Olive Oil and Sherry Vinegar
Cut it all up, mix it all together and dress with the olive oil and sherry vinegar
