This drink is bursting with vitamin C and cancer protective phytochemicals. It makes a great after school snack for the kids and a post workout revitaliser for mum!

Ingredients
225g (8oz) mix of fresh or frozen berries, e.g raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackcurrants
150g (5oz) carton of raspberry bio-yoghurt
200ml (7floz) milk (semi skimmed)
Make It….
Put all ingredients in a smoothie maker, blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
