WEEK OFF WORKOUT

With the first school half term of 2014 already upon us next week, time is going to be short and life once again a little more hectic!  All but Buggyfit classes in the Fit 4 Mum camp are on a break, but that doesn’t mean we’ll be resting…. in fact we love the challenge of staying active when it’s nearly impossible to fit anything in!I have written a no excuses ‘week off workout’ for you to get in a quick workout when you’re struggling for time.
No excuses because it can be done with little or no equipment and in just 20 mins (or more if you want to add in a short run to compliment the circuit)

It’s a tabata style workout, as we have been doing in class, so all you have to do is 20 seconds of the exercise with 10 seconds rest in between each then move onto the next.  Repeat each section twice for a 4 minute circuit.  Try and achieve all 5 circuits, but essentially just get moving and do what you can.
