Run Fit Circuit Workout
A downloadable Run Fit workout for you to do at home. This is a full body strength and cardio workout. Best completed outdoors so you can run, but if you can’t get out then substitute the run for stair climbing or any other cardio activity such as:
- mountain climbers
- skaters
- butt kicks
- high knees
- marching
- punching
Complete each strength exercise for 60 seconds and then 4 mins cardio at a 20seconds interval, all out with 10 seconds rest. take 60 seconds rest between each combined strength and cardio circuits.
