- If you choose the Feel Great in 28 Fitness Challenge & Meal Plan option you will get an easy to follow, portion controlled healthy eating meal plan with breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.
- Team support from your fellow challengers, chat to daily for encouragement via a secret Facebook group, swap recipes and share training stories
