Start the weekend off on the right foot by joining our weekend Circuits class. This 60 minute workout includes 20-30 minutes of interval cardiovascular routines interspersed with 20-30 minutes of strength training using free weights, dyna bands, your own body weight and other equipment. Workouts vary weekly so no one class is ever the same. These classes will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and tone and help you lose body fat. The classes are super motivational, positive, supportive (from both trainers and participants). Every class is fun, fresh and exciting.
You don’t need to be super-fit to start, we cater for all fitness levels but we would advise brand new mums to build basic cardiovascular and core strength through our post natal online programme, postnatal Dyna Band workout booklet or by attending a Buggyfit fclass or the first 4 months before joining this class.
