These are so easy to make and super delicious! And you don’t even need an oven…just a freezer!
Ingredients
Makes 6-9 small bars
1/2 cup nut butter (we used almond)
1/2 cup honey
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts (we used pecans)
1/2 cup dried fruit (we used cranberries)
Make them…
Microwave nut butter & honey until warm (30 secs)
stir together
stir in oats
add coconut, fruit, chopped nuts
stir in ground flaxseed
press mixture into a tray
Freeze for 45 mins
Cut into bars and enjoy
store remainder in fridge
DON’T EAT THEM ALL AT ONCE 🙂
You can customise them to your liking so add different fruit / nuts etc
