Pretty apt after the London Marathon yesterday when the streets of our capital city were filled with amateur and pro runners…<\/p>\n

Did you watch it?<\/p>\n

It’s a very inspiring event isn’t it?<\/p>\n

Every year it makes me want to up my running game, no more so than this year \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

What about you?<\/p>\n

Did it make you want to lace up your runners and give it a little go?<\/p>\n

Not run a marathon necessarily but just get up and get fitter…<\/p>\n

I mean,
\nif you fancy giving 26.2 miles a go why the heck not…don’t let me stop you,<\/p>\n

as the quote above says, everyone was once a beginner, you’ve just got to have the courage to start.<\/p>\n

To run a marathon you need a certain human confidence though,
\na trust in your mind & body
\n&
\na\u00a0 real belief and desire to achieve the mighty distance.<\/p>\n

Whether your goals in this life are<\/strong><\/em> to run a marathon,
\nland your dream job or simply to feel fit & healthy,<\/p>\n

having the confidence in yourself to not let obstacles get in your way
\nwill propel you towards achieving your life goals.<\/p>\n

Think big, believe in yourself and go for it.<\/p>\n

Step outside of your comfort zone\u2026do something more, the more you do the more you\u2019ll feel like you are taking on the world!<\/p>\n

Get your mind in gear.
\nThat means NO negative talk
\nNO criticising yourself
\nNO excuses why you can’t<\/p>\n

Be confident in yourself.<\/p>\n
