WHAT IS RUN FIT CIRCUITS?<\/strong><\/span>
\n60 MINUTE CLASS
\nup to 30 minutes of interval cardiovascular exercise with
\n20 minutes cardio strength training
\nBeginners through to advanced exercisers welcome<\/p>\n

WHAT IS RUN CLUB?<\/strong><\/span>
\n60 MINUTE GUIDED RUNNING PLAN
\nProgressive run programme for beginners run up to 5k by the end of the season.
\nMore advanced runner?\u00a0 Get a new PB with our advanced programme, guaranteed to take minutes off your time!<\/p>\n

We recommend you combine Run Fit with Run Club and therefore opt for 2 sessions a week.\u00a0 No time to commit?\u00a0 Don’t worry sign up to the season and you’ll receive a comprehensive training guide to accompany your guided sessions so you can still follow the plan.<\/p>\n
