This is the tastiest homemade granola ever!\u00a0 Not just great for breakfast with yoghurt and fresh fruit or alternatively served just with semi skimmed milk, it’s also a great healthy snack or a crunchy yoghurt topper!<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h2>\n

2 Cups Porridge Oats
\n1\/4 cup brown sugar, maple syrup or honey
\n1\/4 cup rapeseed oil & water (half and half mixed together)<\/p>\n

Optional Extras:
\n1\/2 tsp Vanilla
\n1\/2 tsp Cinnamon
\n1 cup raisins, cranberries or any dried fruit
\n1\/2 cup sunflower, sesame or pumpkin seeds (or mix them all in)
\n1\/2 cup almonds or hazelnuts (or both!)<\/p>\n

Make it…<\/h2>\n

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
\nMix oats, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
\nMix oil, water and vanilla and add to the oats
\nSpread in a large baking tin
\nBake for 10 minutes, stir and then bake for another 10 minutes
\nWhile still hot, stir in extra fruit, nuts and seeds
\nCool and serve.<\/p>\n
