3\/4 cup oats
\n5 tbsp flaxsmeal
\n1\/4 cup desiccated coconut
\n1 Tbsp unsweetened raw cacao or cocoa powder
\n1 tbsp black or white chia seeds
\n1\/4 tsp ground cinnamon
\n4 tbsp honey
\n1\/4 cup + 2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond or cashew or sunflower seed butter)
\n1 tsp vanilla extract
\n(you could add in raisins or other dried fruit, nuts seeds etc if you like)<\/p>\n
Mix all dry ingredients together
\nCombine all wet ingredients together
\nMix the wet and dry together
\nChill for 20 mins
\nMakes 14-16 energy balls<\/p>\n
