FIT 4 MUM provides one on one fitness training for Women and their families. We offer prenatal, post natal and general ongoing fitness training.
One on One training is focused on educating you about your body and how to keep fit independently of your trainer.
Personal Training is an education. Your trainer will identify postural & movement quality concerns while guiding you on the path to reaching your larger goals. This type of training is focused on you alone and enables your trainer to zero in on very specific movement needs. You will benefit from the creativity & motivation of your trainer as well as very specific expertise.
Each session is 60 minutes in duration when your personal trainer will guide you safely through your specific workout while educating and motivating you to do your best. Prior to any programme commencement we will provide a fully comprehensive consultation.
We will discuss posture, core assessment, diastasis exam and any other pregnancy related issues where necessary, culminating in your personalised health and fitness programme.
