FIT 4 MUM provides one to one fitness training for Mums to be and new Mums.  As pregnancy places new demands on your body, keeping up the correct exercise programme during and after pregnancy is important.

The correct exercise at this time can help with an easier labour and help you cope with the demands of your new baby.  Our pre and post natal fitness sessions can be purchased on a one to basis or in small groups.

During each 60 minute session your personal trainer will guide you safely through your specific workout while educating and motivating you to do your best.  Prior to any programme commencement we will provide a fully comprehensive consultation to discuss posture, core assessment, diastasis exam and any other pregnancy related issues culminating in your personalised health and fitness programme.
