Then join Run 4 Mum – a local running club designed for post natal women who have already eased themselves back into fitness.
Run 4 Mum is a bi-weekly running club designed to ease mums into running whether you are a beginner needing motivation and advice or a runner who needs help getting back into things – we invite all levels to join us.
As a team we discover new and different training techniques specifically for mums and help each other through those hard nights when you just don’t feel like it. We uncover new routes each week and help improve your running technique, achieving goals quicker.
And as it’s so motivational to have a goal, we’ll enter you into a race at the end of the course.
